At the corner of East Rolling Hills Drive, 2985 North College Ave., our doors are open, and we are excited to show Northwest Arkansas what #BigscuitNation is all about! Whether you’re a longtime fan or visiting for the first time, prepare to bring a BIG appetite!
Our menu serves beloved breakfast and lunch classics, with a twist, daily from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Picture plate-sized buttermilk pancakes covered in warm syrup, hearty omelets full of fresh ingredients, and our irresistible Strawberry Shortcake Bonut, a classic buttermilk biscuit dipped in French toast batter, fried to golden perfection, covered with powdered sugar, and topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
From our first restaurant – opened in Independence, MO, in 2000 – to our newest location in Fayetteville, offering genuine hometown hospitality and freshly prepared dishes with quality ingredients has been the foundation of our success.

The Big Biscuit’s menu has something for everyone! Featuring our award-winning Biscuits and Gravy, signature breakfast platters like The Mayberry – an omelet with three hand-cracked eggs, sausage, cheddar, a buttermilk biscuit with homemade sausage gravy, and potatoes – and Jim’s Platter – two hand-cracked eggs, a buttermilk biscuit with homemade sausage gravy, and potatoes. From plate-sized buttermilk pancakes and benedicts to the Big and Healthy portion of the menu, salads, and sandwiches, the menu offers more than 60 items you can customize and enjoy.
We like to take these classics and put a BIG twist on them. Try our 3 Car Pile Up – a plate-sized pancake is covered with three hand-cracked eggs scrambled with bacon, sausage, cheddar, and breakfast potatoes, topped with hash browns, two buttermilk biscuits, and homemade sausage gravy. Ready for lunch? Dive into our Brunch Burger, a juicy burger topped with a fried egg and crispy bacon, or enjoy our “Almost Famous” 24-hour brined fried chicken. And for the sweet tooth, the Loaded Sticky Biscuit, buttermilk biscuit dough baked in homemade cinnamon filling, drizzled with creamy vanilla icing, and loaded with cranberries and pecans will do just the trick.
