In 2000, we opened our doors in Independence, Missouri with one mission: serve up impossibly generous portions of breakfast and lunch favorites with genuine homestyle hospitality! 25 years later, that mission has led us to nearly 30 locations across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas! The Big Biscuit has become a staple for plate-sized pancakes, award-winning biscuits & gravy, and classic American comfort foods throughout so many communities!

As we celebrate 25 years of BIG breakfasts, we’re introducing our NEW Birthday Cake Pancakes – two plate-sized pancakes loaded with rainbow sprinkles, topped with a heaping dollop of whipped cream, drizzled with creamy vanilla icing, and, you guessed it, a cherry on top! Pair them with The Shirley – a refreshing combination of lemon-lime soda and cherry. Available at all locations starting March 5th!

Over the years we’ve made even BIGGER memories in all of our communities! From volunteering at local animal shelters and food banks to getting involved in the schools in each community, and collecting pajamas and school supplies across all locations, we love being active in the community and giving back to our Guests!
